How to Diet Like a Supermodel

282349_340094512779121_423476202_nDo you dream of looking like a supermodel in your miniskirt or silky unmentionables? Diet
like a supermodel then! Here are the non-no’s. No starchy foods such as pasta, white rice, and
white bread. Forget about sweets, fruit (except for low-carb fruit), and dairy products. And
alcohol contains empty calories. You can save this bottle of expensive champagne for when
you are pretty and skinny. Caffeine is not allowed, but you can have plenty of green tea and
water. Even if you aren’t on a diet, you should drink plenty of water.
High-fat foods are off-limits. You can have a few cashews or almonds and perhaps 2 – 3
spoons of olive oil with your salad. But no steaks, full-fat cheeses, bacon and eggs, and other

fattening foods. How to do it the supermodel way? Snack often and eat every 2 – 3 hours.
Choose foods that will speed your metabolism (e.g. spinach) and consume only lean protein –
tuna, turkey and chicken breast, etc. So… your typical menu: 2 hard-boiled eggs for breakfast,
Greek salad and turkey breast for lunch, two snacks (celery sticks with peanut butter or veggie
soup), and steamed vegetables for dinner.
